Pocomo

Pocomo is found on the inner harbor on the northeast end of the island off of Wauwinet Road. This special location is comprised of mostly harborfront or harbor view properties situation high up on the dunes. The views of the harbor are spectacular from these properties and given its location, erosion is less prevalent than in ocean or soundfront properties. Homes in this area tend to be larger with more privacy than closer to Town. Anywhere in this area is just a few minutes from Pocomo Point beach which is a favorite of people looking for calm, warm harbor waters.
