Island Properties would like to make your trip to Nantucket relaxing and enjoyable. There is a minimum of one week for all rentals, and many properties have a two-week minimum during the months of July and August. Saturday is usually the turn-over day, and the standard check-in time is 3 p.m., with a check-out at 9 a.m.

Rates vary depending on location, size of the house, and proximity to the water, as well as time of year, so please answer the following questions so that we can best recommend a rental home that fits your needs perfectly!

Payment Policies

One-week rental: Entire amount due at lease signing.
Two-week rental: Half due at lease signing, the remainder is due 30 days prior to the start of the lease.
Three-week or more rental: Payment schedule to be determined prior to signing the lease.

Helpful Hints

• Credit cards are NOT accepted; checks only, please.
  
• Homeowners will fully outfit the rental homes, including bed and bath linens and kitchen supplies, but we suggest that you bring extra beach towels.
  
• Most rental homes are non-smoking.
• While Nantucket is extremely animal friendly, the majority of our homes do not allow pets. If you cannot leave your love ones at home, it may be possible to board them at the MSPCA: (508) 228-1491.
