I have proudly called Nantucket home year-round since 1985. My roots in the island community began in the restaurant industry, where I met my husband, Peter. Together, we owned and operated Fifty-Six Union for 22 years, creating a beloved gathering place for locals and visitors alike. In 2021, we sold the property to the Great Harbor Yacht Club, closing a meaningful chapter and opening the door to an exciting new one.

Today, I bring that same dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to relationships into my career in real estate. The transition has been both exciting and deeply rewarding. One of the greatest joys is reconnecting with longtime customers and friends-many of whom have become valued clients-as I help them find their perfect Nantucket property.

My lifelong connection to the island provides me with a deep understanding of its neighborhoods, history, and unique character. I am continually inspired by my mother, Joan Clinton, a successful real estate broker of more than 45 years in North Haven, Connecticut. As a single mother raising three daughters, she has always been a true force of nature. I deeply admire the genuine way she connects with her clients, and I strive to bring that same integrity, professionalism, and personal care to my own work. Whether assisting buyers in discovering their Nantucket dream home or guiding sellers through a seamless transition, I am committed to thoughtful, personalized service every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, I cherish time with my family, including my husband of 40 years, Peter, my two sons Andrew & Blair, two daughter-in-laws Molly & Tori, and three grandchildren, Skyler, Gray, & Burke-with one more on the way. My passion for knitting, which began in childhood, is now shared with my eldest granddaughter, Skyler. Teaching her to cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease, and cast off is one of my greatest joys. I am also a proud supporter of NISHA (Nantucket Island Safe Harbor for Animals). Our Great Pyrenees mix, Romeo-whom we adopted from NISHA two years ago-is 110 pounds of pure joy.

I have been an active member and long-standing Deacon at the First Congregational Church of Nantucket, where I focus my energy on fellowship, worship, communion, and social events. Serving my church community has been incredibly meaningful and rewarding.
