No matter how you send us your rental information, the important details to include are
- What your weekly rates are for all the months you are open to renting
- If you have any special fees that are in addition to the weekly base rate
- What weeks/days you already have booked or set aside for personal use
Timing of Updates
As soon as you have made the decision to rent your home for the following year, feel free to send us your annual rate and availability. We usually begin seeing these from homeowners between the middle of August through October. Since most people begin thinking about the next summer while they are still on island or shortly after they depart, providing an early rate listing will help your property stand out from the crowd. Don't worry if you decide to change your rates! Just zip us an email and we can easily update your calendar.
Regularly updating us as the year progresses and your weeks book up helps out tremendously. we don't expect an email every time you book a lease, but if you commit to a long time period or want to send us an update every few weeks, that's great too!
