When Should You Update Us?
As soon as you've decided to rent your home for the upcoming year, send us your rates & availability. We typically begin receiving updates from homeowners in Mid-August and continue through the fall and winter.
Getting your information to us early gives your home greater visibility as tenants begin planning for the following summer. And don't worry if your plans or rates change - just let us know and we'll update your calendar
As the year progresses, periodic availability updates are also helpful. There's no need to contact us after every booking, but whenever several weeks have filled or your availability changes significantly, a quick update helps us keep your listing accurate and your home in front of the right tenants.
