Sandpiper Place

Sandpiper Place is a new development still under construction just off of Old South Road, across from Naushop. Some portions of the development are completed, some are still in the planning stage, and others are mid-construction. This area consists of a mix of year-round and seasonal homes on modest sized lots. Close proximity to all Mid-Island for shopping and dining as well as a plethora of new business popping up along Old South Road.

• The Old South Road bike path is a wonderful resource to walking, jogging, and biking and can easily connect you to several other areas of the island without need for a vehicle.
• Several small markets and shops, including the popular ice cream spot, 3-Way Scoops, and the gift shop, Island Variety, are within a few minutes of this area.
