Testimonials

Exceptionally responsive, creative, optimistic, and communicative. Antonija is a stand-out in a very competitive space and has the unique ability to turn stressful situations/processes into simple ones.

Working with Antonija Mulichkoska has been an absolute pleasure and relief! She is extremely professional and responsive which is key not only in conducting the finds of our rentals for our employees extended stays who work on Nantucket but also in dealing with the owners and utility side of things. Being organized and efficient in this business is so important for making sure that our needs are met as renters and the owners of the properties are equally as happy. She has been a pleasure to work with and I hope to work with her again in the Fall of 2021!

In the two years I've worked with Antonija Mulichkoska, she has become my favorite Nantucket rental realtor. She is professional, straightforward, thoughtful, knowledgeable and a great problem solver .... whether she's helping create ways to book the hard-to-fill gaps in our rental schedule ... coming up with an emergency cleaning crew on an hour's notice ... or handling a sensitive situation with a difficult tenant. She also happens to be an utterly nice person who is a delight to deal with. Long story short, call Antonija!
