Great room with vaulted ceilings, modern kitchen with granite counters, a peninsula and eating island. French door leading out to a south-facing deck with stunning views, plus a large outdoor wicker dining set and gas grill. There is also a lower deck with an outdoor wicker furniture. The ocean breezes keep you comfortable, but should you want it, the house does have central air-conditioning.

Area

Madequecham features strong surf beaches, large stretches of open conservation lands, and big ocean views. In general home lots are larger in this area affording privacy and serenity. Most roads are either dirt or sand so having an SUV, Jeep or other 4 wheel drive vehicle may come in handy. The majestic sound of the ocean is very present in this location most of the year and at the right time of year it's a great spot to see whales breaching in the distance.

5.2 miles to Town
Trails and road for running, walking are great if you are looking to not pass many people along the way. Biking can be a fun activity too, but it may call for a fat tire bike that can handle the rougher torrain.
June - September watch the horizon for migrating whales breaching, feeding or just swimming by off the coast.
Beaches are great for sunbathing and surfing. Strong swimmers will enjoy the waters, just be careful of strong currents and rip tides that can develop.
Land Bank trails offer wonderful walking and hiking spots throughout the area
